As Process authority, we completed positively a new Process validation, based on FDA guidelines, at Flott Spa – located in Sicily.
All sterilization processes applied to Tuna filet and Clams packed into different size glass jars, were checked and positively validated.
All file already loaded on FDA website, and products ready to ship in US.
