Pragma Sta\u2019s first head, is wit; the second represents wisdom; the third indicates knowledge and the fourth represents justice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Choosing the name of a company, is an exercise that stimulates the creativity of a contractor, as well as it implies a tacit engagement with his own company: the name may influence the picture and relationships with others. Luckily, it will be pronounced a thousand times and will be taken as a case of success.<\/p>\n<p>When we decided that our company would have been called PRAGMA Food, we thought all this: an original name, different from the usual, but with a strong appeal to tradition, in harmony with our way of being. In a small lab, converted from a family room, our research activity takes shape.<\/p>\n<p>Goal: to implement an R&amp;D laboratory to develop new products and new food processes to be presented to the most demanding domestic and foreign customers.<\/p>\n<p>In the period 2008-2014 we have developed more or less 2000 different recipes, many of which have been successfully industrialized and currently present on the market with many positive feedbacks.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning from 2013, related to our depth knowledge of sterilization processes both in batch or continuos, begins a certification activity of heat process, with particular regard to the very restrictive markets such as the American one.<\/p>\n<p>Pragmafood, in person of Dr. Capogreco Giuseppe as Process Authority, begun and deepens a validation service in accordance with FDA rules, which will allow to certify in a few years hundreds of food exporting companies in the US.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;
